Process, and transform
Welcome! I'm glad you're here! The bulk of the work we would do together is trauma informed talk therapy, integrated with EMDR, Mindfulness, and Part work (such as IFS). If you’re under the age of 18, we may take a TFCBT approach. Therapy is a collaborative process and together we’ll get a feel for the direction our work will go.
I’m privileged to work with individuals, Children (ages 8 and up), Teens, and Adults, struggling to overcome traumatic events, difficult childhoods, grief/loss, as well as day to day anxiety, depression, and other life stressors. My clients are motivated to change and are interested in personal exploration and growth.
I believe we are all capable of change if we are able to tap into the motivation for the challenge. You've already taken a huge step by looking up Therapists around you. It would be an honor to work with you and help you to live the life you’re wanting to live with confidence and support.
Christine requires a free, 15 minute consultation call prior to scheduling an initial session and committing to therapy work together.
